shaking at 80 mph....any ideas

When im cruzing down the road and im doing about eighty my car starts to shake really bad...any ideas of what i could be???

out of balance wheel. possible causes: shitty tire, weight fell off wheel, bent rim, etc...

im positive its got to be the wheels,i had the same exact problem and it was my front two wheels

yep, my car was rattling at 50. haha yours isnt that bad compared to mine.

most likely unbalanced tires if it only does it at high speeds. get it high-speed balanced. it could also be, bent rims, slipped belt in tire.

If you have had your tires rotated lately and you have hub rings, make sure they all got put back on right. Last time I had my tires rotated on my Dub the genius doing the work, got 2 hub rings put on with one wheel, it started vibrating really bad, and by the time I stopped the wheel had almost come off the car.
