IS the B&M regulator good enough to use with a walbro 255lph fuel pump??!?
WEll i have a b&m regulator and gauge and i just got my 255 fuel pump in. I havent opened it or anything but my friend running a 255walbro in his turbo car with 440 injectors says he needs a higher flowing fuel regulator. So my question is. I have stock injectors and its all motor so can the b&M regulator handle the walbro 255lph fuel pump. IF anyone can help that would be awesome. I wanna know if i have to send it back to get a 190. THanks

I don't see why not. I'm using the B&M unit with 400cc injectors and stock pump w/o a problem. There seems to be plenty of adjustment range with the stock pump, so I'd guess you'll be fine.
I was wondering the same. Can the stock regulator, or even a modded (B+M, etc..) regulator handle the extra flow of a 255? I've read about using a small drill bit to enlarge the orifice of the regulator. I wonder how reliable this method is.
I'm doing it. I had to modify the B&M to allow more vaccum to lower the fuel pressure though cause it was too high.

I have a 255 Walbro and a B&M unit with stock injectors. No problems whatsoever, didn't have to mod the regulator either. A/F ratio is good too.
