Default B16a swap trouble

i am in the process of swapping a B16A w/ Y1 tranny into my '88 CRX HF. i am having trouble finding a wiring harness the will work and now i am going to try and use the one that came on the engine and just modify. does anyone have any information on how to modify my B16's harness to work in my CRX?

What's wrong with your HF harness? If you have that one, you should use it.

i cant just use the HF harness because the B16 has four fuel injecters and the HF harness only has two plug ins and there are many other plugs that will not match up so i cut them apart and put it back into one so it works but thnks for the tip

then you dont have an HF. the DX/Std is the engine with the two fuel injectors

The 88 HF had a DX motor in it for some unknown reason. It was the same with my 88 CRX HF.
