the only thing I can think of, is it having to do with the DX being just black, and the Si is match painted. maybe the Si one comes ready to paint?

Correct, I figured that out, but as for part #'s go. Both listed for a 89 Civic and they still have different part numbers. So there is more different then years.

Im guessing Si has a lip as stated above, but I wanna know for sure.

The lip is serperate I believe.... If it was included there would be a box around both items and listed as one part #.

Whats the price difference of the two?

Its just the same diagram becuase it looks like majestic honda is to lazy to post up two different diagrams for different models.

To clarify what I said earlier a little more clearer:

Its the same diagram, but the two part numbers indicate two different front bumpers....and yes im sure the only difference is the lip.

Its just like when you wanna buy a short shifter for your car and every picture you click on for short shifters made by b and M is the same but they all have different part numbers....

Im so wasted so bare with me. The Si's trim area is different along with the front blinker lights. The DX lights are smaller and only cover the front as the Si wrap around the side a little.

If people are still saying those diagrams are different then you guys need to quit....lol its showing the dx diagram with a lip?......thats obvious right there.

They are the same diagrams which look to be an si and they just figure you know the dx doesnt have a lip or they will inform you this when you order said part number.

uh, definately the same pic...

right click on em, properties...

http://www.hondaautomotivepart...1.gif

that's the link for BOTH pics so it's kinda obvious that they are the same pic. My guess is it's an si cuz of the lip. How much does a new lip cost these days anyhow, I need one.

I see hondaautomotiveparts.com has it for $54.39. I heard that thelocal dealerships can price match. So that was my plan, to try and get them to match the price of this Honda dealership.
