Default How much should I pay for an '04 EP3 civic si?

I have been quoted 17,263 plus tax, tag, fees. Is this good? I know they are not selling well and I didn't negotiate it was offerred. That is less than invoice on Edmunds.com. Please, give me some feedback. I searched and the '02-'03 were going in places very cheap like 14,000. I am in South Carolina.

Why do you want an 04? I think you can find some new 03s for fairly cheap.. but 17 is a good deal for an 04.

Not like the 5 lug really adds anything, but it would be cool.
And the 17mm rear bar.
But those tail, and headlights are all wrong.

But thats a good price fo sho.

To each his own. I haven't seen an'03 around here. As a matter of fact I have only ever seen one and it was on the interstate. Thanks for the replies I may get it when my other car sells.

Sorry, after more research, I found that the lack of activity on the sales floor translates to poor resale value. I test drove an accord and my wife loved it. We are getting a car to replace mine because we are having a baby. I think a 6-spd v6 would be a better replacement for my '93 300ZX twinturbo.

I test drove a new accord back in aug03 and it was loaded with everything v6,navi, leather, etc. It wasn't too appealing to me for some reason. I felt like this car isn't for me when i test drove it.

I think someone posted on here awhile back that honda is gonna stop selling EP3s after this year.

Accord is doing pretty good in sales so your not gonna see much discounts. GL

i thought the EP3 would have good resale as do most of the Si models...but looks like this one is different...i checked my KBB value and it's only 11,000. Then again, i have 28,000 miles on my car...damn, she's not even 9 months old yet

i bought my brand new 04 civic si for 18,500 off the lot. This included taxes tags, the 1400 dollare 100,000 extended warranty, and two free oil changes. But that price sounds about right u could probably get it a little lower though.

funny, my dad just got rid of his san marino reg v6 6spd with factory kit for a nighthawk blak 04 ep3. Dont worry he sold the v6 6spd and got more then he paid for out of it since he bought hit wholesale. and then bought the civic for 400 over wholesale.

Yeah the Black is really tight. The only thing that pisses me off is the fact that they only sell the suspension package with the body kit and the whole kit costs like 4 grand. and i dont have four grand and if i did i would buy the itr engine from japan.

After shopping around I just can't let go of 25K for a car at this point. After driving an accord I think I liked the SI better. The steering on the accord was so light that it was too easy to overcorrect. Didn't feel like I wanted it to and I probably couldn't fit my mountainbike in it as easily. Anyone want to buy a twin turbo, so I can get a SI?
