I have a 94 accord ex with a h22 and tranny in it. I have replaced the axle and am still having same problems. It pops out at high rpms when shifting hard. Please help i dont wanna keep breaking down on the side of the road.

have you put new C clips on the axle?

something may be worn down on the inside as well.

 

yes it has a new clip. the axle has a little movment up and down near tranny. Feels like maybe when i popped out it wore out the differentail a little bit. Is there a way to make it fit snug insdie their w/o putting a whole new diffrential in. I also herd of people having this problem with this swap bc accord axles a shorter then prelude axles.

 

Are you sure you are putting the axle all the way into the tranny?

 

yes i pop it in until it cant be pulled out

 

Just popped out agian after pulling it and making ring bigger. It only pops out when i hit my rev limiter in any gear.Could a bad aligment or tire balance cause this.
