changin springs I NEED HELP!!!

changin springs I NEED HELP!!!
im changing out the springs on the rear right now and im stuck. the little bolt on top of the srtus is froze there. and im startin to strip the indside of the "nut" with teh allen wrench im using. what do i do? any answer will help alot, thanks

Try hammering the next larger size allen key in there. Lay the strut/spring assembly on the ground, step on it with your foot to hold it down so that the allen key pushes against the ground and won't turn, then try to turn the nut w/ the wrench. Sometimes it helps to have someone else stand on the spring while you step on the wrench w/ your foot.
