Default oil dripping like a drunk man pissing in the bushes

this morning walking to my car start it up( no problems) then i turn on the defrost...
On the way to school the oil light came on... i thought i was because i need to do an oil change... but then later on i thought that the maintainece required light goes on ever 4-5 thousand miles... so after school come home and i see a big pile of oil on my driveway... and a small lil trail following the same path i took to school... took off the water gaurd thing to see what it was.... then i added more oil... started the car... and pssshshhththhttttttt.... looked like a drunk man pissing all over... any ideas?

If its an automatic, it could be one of your rubber oil cooler lines that runs from the radiator to the engine have cracked or come loose. to inspect it, you'll need to take off the front splash pan and lay on your back. If its one of the oil cooler lines, there'll be telltale lol drip/splash marks in the inside of the splash pan.

Alternately, do you have many enemies in the area? All it takes is a phillips head screwdriver to poke a hole in an oil filter.

yes it's an auto.... but there are not that much oil on the splash pan... it's not comming from the oil filter i would change it if it was... if the oil drain plug was missing i would replace that too... but it's not a crack in the pan... but it's hard to tell if it's leaking from the oil gasket... could it be from the crankshaft gasket???(a friend said that could be the problem... but i wanted to ask the trusty HONDA_TECH)
