Bremo calipers off EVO.
im asking this because i just purchased one for a great price. If i can make it fit my car for under $500, it will be well worth it. That will still be cheaper than spending money on the spoons or endless calipers. ill post pics up this week.

step one find out the diameter and thickness fo the evo rotor
step two find a rotor with those deimisions that will fit your civic
step three, mount the rotor to the hub with the caliper onto the rotor and make a jig out of paper then have some one fab you up a mounting bracket

i suspect that you mean redrill the center plate to 4x100, this does work, but being that its a 5 lug rotor you will be pushing your luck
