it has come to change spark plugs, i am going to all copper plug and have chosen the NGK Vpower and will change them more frequently.
through NGK site they say zfr6f-11 is the correct plug but i have been hearing people use the bkr7e-11.
What are the differences between the two ? What does the different lettering and number system represent.
I am assuming that the number before last letter represents temp rating

The bkr7e-11 is one temp colder, this is uneccessary unless you have a JDM H22A with a minimum of 10.6:1 compression or unless you live in a very hot climate. Otherwise, stick to the "6" heatrange and your car will run and perform better.
