Default dented exhaust pipe

my bpipe is dented really bad at the beginning of where the cat connects and was wondering how bad is it to be driving like that or how much power i will be losing?

Dude, you gotta post a pic or be very specific about the damage (length, width, depth, inches from cat etc) otherwise no one can comment about it.
