Why is a T70 only $500? Can I get some input on this turbo?

I was browsing around the net and I cam across this

becuase that is ssautochrome peice of ****. that turbo blow up before you even put it on most poeple have bad luck with there turbos not oiling properly etc. waste of moeny

stick with something that is tired and true.
Precision, Innovatiive or Turbonetics all works decent for the price
