Turbo repairable? Bearings in turbocharger = toast!

Turbo repairable? Bearings in turbocharger = toast!
I have a 60 trim Garrett/Air Research T3 .63AR/ T04S .70AR turbo that was run dry (subaru skeeted on itself and decided it was too cool for oil)
The shaft will move approx .2" worth of shaft play. (looking at the compressor wheel and pushing in/out)
Both wheels show visable signs of damage...but it looks like maybe the turbo was clipped. The compressor housing has minor minor scratches in it as well.
Do you guys think this is rebuildable? Worth sending out to be checked? LMK

I could hook you up with a guy the works for garrett and he rebuilt one of my turbos and it turn out brand new for a good price if you need his #, PM me and I'll give it 2 you.
