would having the vac line from compressor to wastegate cause slow spool time?

Default would having the vac line from compressor to wastegate cause slow spool time?

i have alwasy had my vac line from mty compressor to my wastegate and was wondering if i switched the vac lin to off the manifold where it would see vacuum and boost instead of just boost from teh compressor would htat help spool time any?

also what is the bolt in the top of the wastegate for i have mine tightened down all the way ....

If you hook up your vacum line to the manifold your wastegate spring is still going to start opening at 1psi. A manual boost controller would help spool up by allowing you to keep the wastegate shut until your target boost level. The advantage of running vacum to the manifold is that you get a boost reading after pressure loss through the intercooler..

well your going to get 1psi @ the turbo before you get 1psi @ the manifold, but I don't think the difference is going to be enough to really notice.

um i have a profec b 2 and i cant get the setting right.... i can get the boost level where i want it no problem but i can not for the life of me get the spool time to change...
