Default Grease Ports for Urethane Bushings. Part #'s? How-to Articles?

I'm going to be installing the hyperflex urethane bushings in my 88 Hatch. Does anybody no the part numbers for the grease ports? How to install them? and what grease i can use?

Part numbers? NO no no.. you don't need part numbers, you just need to buy grease fittings and a tap so you can thread them in.
