if the motor is working it sounds more like a track problem. try greasing it then shut it.

did you just get this car? If so then the integra moon roof looks like it should be going back more since it still overlaps about 3 or 4 inches even when completely open.

If not then how far did it go back before this as compared to now?

the moonroof is stuck CLOSED...when i try to open it...i have to push it up by hand first then it'll retrack back...what it does is when i open it...it moves the moonroof back b4 it even goes up first...to slid back.....i clean and grease the tracks aready..didnt work...what i had to do was adjust the window...but after adjust it...a couple more uses...it's bak to being stuck at the same spot...and when i adjust the level of the window...it's not flush with the body

i had the same problem with my 94 ls about 2 days ago, clean it and grease it , and it should be fine, mine used to go back about a inch and stop, it would open and close fine just would only move about a inch, i think you have the exact same prob.
