ARP HEAD STUDS, is Thread Sealer Necesary?

Should i use that ARP thread sealer when i install them in my b18c? I know that i only need to use it if they go into a water jacket right, so do they go into a water jacket on honda motors?

You won't need it, Honda headbolts do not go into waterjackets.
