well from what i have put together. You shave the inner parts of the stock bumper so the 98 lip can fit.

no i didn't do i just mean thats what i have found out so far...none of posts do a DYI write up of what to do, but what the guy said was shave the inner parts and wammo you got it...i think. Imma try it with a ebay knock off and see what happens. I like my 94 front bumper, cuz its not as pointy as the newer one and i like the 98 lip so i think it will come out nice. I also have aftermarket fogs so i don't have to worry about the JDM fogs not fitting.

i heard that you have to cut your oem bumper in order or it to fit properly. not worth it IMO

I would stick with 97 ITR lip or just convert to 98+ bumper/lights (since it looks better anyway )

what does it matter if you cut into your bumper then cover it up with the lip?? i dont see why ppl say go out and pay 400 bucks for a whole 98+ front end just so u can have the 98+ lip...while you can grow some ***** and fab it to your 94-97 for more than half the cost
