Can someone tell how to take off door panels
you dont need to take the door panel off. But incase you do. There are a couple screws behind the plastic on the arm rest and a couple behind the speaker cover. Also one on the open handle, the rest is all clips so you just pull the door off. be careful with the handle because that does not come off with the door panel. I suggest you just leave them. To take the tint just use some dish soap w/water and a blade. it takes a while but is better than paying 40 bux. Sorry if i did not make it clear enough, i am not the best at explaining...
not sure what vechile your talking about, but on an eg there are 3 screws, one in the plastic piece around the door hand, and one in the plastic where you window buttons are. There is also a plastic plug with a screw in it like 4 inches down of where your side mirrors are. Then the rest are just plugs/clips. It makes it really easy if you remove your windows and do them on your table
Just let them dry before you put them back in or it you snag something it'll mess everything up.

Double, said everything you need to know. I would say your doing it the right way by taking the panel off. It wont really be any difference between generations: EK or EG

dont foget about taking off the window crank.. you have to use a small screw driver to pop off the clip or the tool made for doing it.. either one will work.
