Hey i am planning to buy the oem type r front and rear lips and the sideskirts. Just wanted to know if theres any way to make sure they are authentic(honda engraved somewhere on it)? thanks a lot for the help

another question: will i still be able to fit my mudguards on with the type r skirts and rear lip?

yes should be on the underside or the inside portion of the lips. should come in honda packaging too.

 

yes, the sideskirts, front/rear lips will have Honda etched into them. I know mine do.

Nah man im telling you these kats are gonna start selling the sides and front in two weeks the SN is PhaseNineHelp im them and asking them

 

oem? i thought it was JDM. i believe you do have to take off the mudflaps.

 

I am not sure if the mudflaps will still fit. I removed mine before I put in the lips. But more than likely, you will have to remove them.

to the other guy, I dont have any part numbers or anything. I ordered them all from various places.

I'm in SoCal and can get you the type-r replica sides and rear for a good price. Let me know if you're in SoCal.

 

More then Likely it will be Fiberglass instead of Poly if its a Replica...but they are making Replica Parts more now in Polyurathane? so thats a tough one to rely on.

Mudflaps will not fit,..unless you seriously RIG them up.(just like DC2 opt kit)

****It will also come w/ A TON of BOLTS if its Real(I know mine did)...replica's tend to leave all the stuff out but a few.
I'm not sure if Honda/Acura is printed on the parts(Lip's themselves
...but maybe)
I'd get the ITR kit...but still the OEM kit looks good.Way better then stock stuff.

well Im tryin to figure out how much inline 4 charge for shipping, but from what I've gotten down, the real JDM Type R Wing, side skirts, and front and rear would probably cost you about...1391.98 without the rims, but if u get the rims then thats about 400+ with the center caps included.

you can get dc5r wheels at inline four for 400? i'll pick up 3 sets of thats the case.

 

HAHAH no thats the price PER WHEEL. well ive picked up the kit(no wing) have yet to mount it though. When i do, ill see if the mudguards still go on, if anyone is interested besides myself
