Over 400 horses... At least. Wait, I assume you are talking all motor, N/A right?

Horse power is realitive. Quarter mile is what counts. Torque, elevation, grip, weight, and aerodynamics play huge roles in speed, get these well taken car of, you don't need as many horses to beat a beefy car. Never think of horse power as speed.

Bore it 2mm to 89mm. Have it resleeved. (90mm is possible, but it's pushing the limits. You screw up, you can't bore it anymore.) That will make it a 2.35 instead of a 2.157.

Allmotor? LOL... you're in for the ride of a lifetime. Good luck.

Straight drag car huh? 13:1+ compression pistons (JE or Arias), Crower or Saenz Rods. (Contact ImportReview here on the board, he has some rods that are light and cheap too.) Have the head worked over, combustion chamber reshaped, larger injectors, bored TB w/ match ported and polished bored intake manifold. Stainless steel valves (overbore) w/ a swirl polish. Stiffer springs. BE WARNED: Some people will tell you AFTER you blew your **** up that you need to replace valve springs every 6 months to a year. Will they tell you before? Oh hell no, they wait till you float a valve then start talking that ****.

Anway... get an LSD (a phantom grip will work for N/A cause you won't be making enough power to warrent a Quaife) a light *** flywheel, a strong *** clutch, and pray for the safety of your synchros.

all the basics... h/i/e/ fpr/ fuel pump, VAFC,

oh hell... just click my link "broken piece of ****" below and read my list. All of that tuned correctly will give you 230-250 to the ground... maybe more depending on how well you do it.

Have fun.

If it's '3 normal guys' like you said and you don't really have that much money. You'll be spending more time on the chassis than the motor. Getting the amount of power that JG got out of his motor costs alot of money, but stripping weight only costs labour until you get into custom made body panel and stuff. If it's a drag only car, you can strip it totaly bare bones and even shave/cut out body work.
