can anyone tell me the significant difference if there is one?

engine wise? or body?...
the motor is same. LS body is heavier

thats a big negative ghostrider.

the gs is a little heavier, it has more options and standard features. check out http://www.g2ic.com and integra specs for weights and other stuff on each model.
