CEL comes on and off.. I can't figure this out O2 Sensor?
My CEL light has been coming on usually when I go past 60 mph. It will turn off if I restart the engine. I went to autozone and the guy couldn't figure out how to get the code 
So, I looked through the window on the ecu and counted 3 long pauses and than 12 fast blinks ?????
The car is a 91 Civic 4 door with 156k miles and I don't know if the o2 has been changed or not. I pretty sure i've only been getting about 28 mpg.
Does this sound like the o2 sensor to you guys?? Or any suggestions on the way to get the code or what to do?

count it again and make sure that is what you have......there is no way it could have three long and twelve short.........
