whats the differents w/ delsol headlights and jdm h4h bulbs?

whats the differents w/ delsol headlights and jdm h4h bulbs?
they both are low/high beam within one bulb. just wondering what the differents is. can the harness/plug be interchangable?

the plug is the same as the US H4 bulbs.the trim ring is smaller in diamter than the US H4.you can trim down the US bulbs to fit into the JDM housing,but the light pattern it gives is kind of funky.
