short ram yes, bolt up yes (use your sensors and and harness, injectors),hp gains ?? not positive but i would say a little do to bigger runners (not positive on the last one)

Short Ram Maybe, but it might stick out of your hood, bolt up ABSOLUTELY NOT. The sensors are not the same at all, but the main reason the bolt pattern is COMPLETELY different on a P72 head vs. a PR3 head. HP gains? Are you serious why go backwards? You would have to retune your ECU quite a bit to get the runners to open and change fuel timing points etc... Don't bother.

No one say anything about "Well Eric's Racing uses one". Like that's even a GSR IM.

The B18 intake manifold will flow more air than the IM on the SI. You will commonly find that a lot of Acura parts are better than Honda (yes they are the same thing but there has to be justification for the higher sticker prices on new vehicles). As to how much benefit I can not say. Here is what to consider...
Have you already purchased or attained the GSR IM?
If yes then go for it, if not compare the cost to benefit of that to an aftermarket piece. I would also recommend talking to the folks at extrudehone. They could take that GSR manifold and give it some nicer flow for ya.

Beyond that I am as clueless as you. My motto is "If you question an add-on go ahead and try it. If your **** blows up the only one you can blame is yourself. On the other hand, if it does something kewl, don't tell a soul until you can sell the idea."

Happy Tuning

DPW, please dont offer information when you arent sure. Obviously, if an ITR manifold will not bolt up to a GSR block, then why would a GSR manifold bolt to a b16 block. b16 mani and ITR mani are basically the same manifold. GSR is a dual butterfly. Milano said it very well, take his word.

dude, Im not mad at you. I was simply telling "DPW" not to open his mouth when he doesnt know what he is talking about. If it was just him posting here, you'd be trying to put a GSR IM on your b16....

where's my thanks

I couldn't believe the post "DPW" put up regarding the sensors. Hey "DPW" that yellow glow you see at night, that is your MIL bro. You should stop by your local dealer so they can fix it for ya. Most B series components are compatible with other B series motors but there is still some stuff you just can't swap over. Happy Tuning and TY TODA, I'm sure CHADS meant to thank ya.

It worked well on mine. Make sure to have your stock throttle body port matched. King Motorsports can do it for like $120. Bored and Tapered to 64mm, bead blasted and reset tps. Even throw in a new properly sized gasket. Good luck. I loved my set up on my B16A. I "had" a 99 Si w/ bolt-ons and stock internals and broke 160. I picked up a decent amount of HP from the set-up, not much TQ. Then again when do they ever?

You might want to take a look at AEBS typhoon IM. They are half the price of Skunk2 and outperform the Skunk2 and the ITR IM. And putting a GSR IM would be way too much hassle and Mr Milano could not have put it any better.
