look in a manual, it should tell you exactly what each wire is for

I don't know why you removed your original question, but here is the answer;

The big white wire goes to the main fuse box on the passenger fender.

The white/yellow wire goes to B5 on the ECU

The white/blue wire goes to one side of the "charge warning light"

The blue wire goes to B14 on the ECU

The black/yellow wire goes to; the other side of the warning light, the main fuse box, and also through a fuse to the ignition switch.


The only reason I know this stuff is that I'm currently re-wiring a 89 to OBD1. All the information is in the factory manual but it can get difficult to locate it. You have to go to the section that covers checking the alternator. The "wiring diagram" in the factory manual is only partial!!

if you dont want to rewire it, u can actually use the circuit board off the original alternator u were using.
