Default anyone w/ an HF with a ZC swap?

i'm having some spark problems with my ZC swap into my 91 HF....i'll get one spark of i let the car sit for a few minutes then come back and turn the key to the second position...then when i try and start it i get no spark, but fuel is fine.... i think the zc has an si engine harness.....if i switch it out with my hf engine harness will it work? will the hf harness plug onto the engine right? anyone? it seems everyone w/ a zc has an si....

The HF harness should work, but you may have to add/subtract some wires. I am not 100% on that, but I would stick with the si harness and ecu, as that is the one recomended for the zc if your not actually running a zc harness and ecu

i noticed that in that diagram there are 2 wires on each connector that are different... on the SI connector there are wires #5 and #6(EACV power & Fast idle control valve)...these are not on the HF connector...instead there are #2 and #3(alternator RF signal and EGR lift valve)......what needs to be done with these?

I have a zc in my 90 hf, and I used the hf harness with no problem, just have to make sure to match up all of the right wires. I'm also using my hf distributor and ecu. I have an si ecu but the car won't start with it in(cold) but if i put it in after the car is warmed up its starts fine, I have no idea why so if anyone has a guess please post
