Ok, i'm really confused, in order for the ECU to be OBD 1 it has to have an o2 sensor, right? So, where is it supose to be?

one of 2 places... either on the front part of the header in plain sight, or on the lower part/collector of the header.
From the driver side, look down under your intake manifold and you should be able to see the collector area of the header.. you will see the o2 then.
