B18 throttle body on d15?

Default B18 throttle body on d15?

Will a b18 non-vtec throttle body bolt up to my jdm d15b sohc vtec motor?thanks.

Yes it will. It will not fit on a D16A6 manifold though, but will fit on all 92-up D-series manifolds.

will thier be any problems with sensor?, because I was told d16a6 tb works the best, but I want to go larger.

You will need to port out the intake manifold a little bit to match the size of the b series tb.. All the sensors will work fine.. The b series tb's have the map sensor on the top of the tb so just unplug your map sensor and plug it into the b series one.. I have a gsr tb on my d15 manifold and it works great..

Unless he uses a 90-91 LS or 1st gen B16 T/B, then he won't have to worry about the MAP sensor.

Forgot to mention that.. If your using a obd1-obd2 then the map sensor is on the throttlebody.. If its obd0 then its not.. Either way you can still use your obd0 map sensor with any of the throttlebodys..

good stuff! a bseries throttle body on a d-series might be a good idea for low-budget power.
