There are many components to each system....If you have a manual of some kind(Helms, Chilton's, etc.), then that will help a lot...
The CC is a round thingy to the right of your alternator (looking at the the front of the car) with some vacuum lines and a throttle cable going to it. There's also a small computer on the inside under the dash....
AC compressor is below the alternator running off of the same belt....Then there's all the lines and the condenser(?) that looks like a radiator at the front right in front of the radiator...Then there's a bunch of other little things related to it....
Hope that helps some...just take a close look under the hood and you'll figure it out...
