questions about the suspension
hey guys i have a 94 accord im hopefully puttin my bw kit on soon i have 18's i wanted to lower the kar but not too much, and the other reason i want to get them is to avoid my rims hittin the wheelwell every time i go on a bump and i don wanna buy coilover and struts because im hoping to sell the car in like 6 months. i was looking at tein s-techs but they have too much drop im scared im gona hit everything in my way..so a alittle help would be helpful...thanx
no one is a smart *** on this forum
but anyways...there is a very helpful guide at the top that will answer most of the questions you will have... read it... if you still have questions, then ask away. and basically springs will give you a definite drop and a better ride and coilovers will let you adjust your ride to whatever you want and give you a harsher ride... so whichever sounds better to you is really up to you. if you care most about the gap, then get coilovers or just research springs and see which would get rid of most the gap or whatever amount of gap you want to get rid of... since you will have a body kit you might want to get coilovers so you can have the option of adjusting them since your car will more than likely be VERY close to the ground after a drop. good luck man

Not nessisarily. I would go with springs they have a better ride quality.

I would recommend springs as well. Coilovers have a high spring rate, so if they're not coupled with struts, it can be a bouncy ride.
