Where and/or how to check tranny fluid?
It says is the manual to just unscrew the bolt on the tranny filler thing, and feel for fluid. It shows a pic of where it is, but i cant find it. Can someone tell me where it is? Thanks
The fill hole is behind the cv boot. Unscrew the plug and if your car is level there should only be drips coming out. If not, fill it till a little flows out. Heres a pic from http://www.C-speedracing.com
If you are low on fluid the gears are very choppy and its hard to get into gear. You can tell, its a big difference with fluid then without.
I just got a new clutch within the past 6 months, I was wondering I'm sure they checked/added tranny fluid, how often would you need to check it?
