havent heard of any being jacked, but if they have their own wheel, they can take it.

so all the disconnect points are all the same for any of the companies you buy? or is there a company with different configurations for each set sold?

oo okay, i didn't know. bleh. damn it, they should make one like a key

do you guys cover the area so they can't tell if it's a 6 or 12 point, so they don't waste their time and just leave, or is it pretty hard to tell from outside the car?

but then again, i bet they'll be prepared and have every type on hand. so stupid, damn theives.

Heres what I have:

I have a Snap-off system
momo hub
momo steering wheel..thats all u would need

> see the three holes on the back of the wheel.. each system has them placed in a certain part of the ring that matches the other side that attaches to the hub...so no two systems are alike ..I love mine...plus it has a key to disconnect

that snap off hub is cool, but how do you keepo the horn wired up all the time if you have a steering wheel with the center horn button?

i wish there was something to turn the original steering wheel into a snap off. Then we would be able to keep our airbag systems. Would be great

it won't stop a car jacker that is planning on stealing your car and knows u have no wheel.

it will prevent the crackhead down the street that wants to steal your car last minute because he wants some crack and your car is sitting there.

How did you score this all for $200? Is there a price in that thread?

And is there any play in that snapoff system?

the snap-off system shouldn't be a problem in Cali as long as your car does NOT have an airbag equipped steering wheel stock.

Removing towhooks good idea!

when it comes down to it, if they want it bad enough, they're gonna get it.
