Made it for under 100 bucks.... It was actually alot easier that I thought.... 94GSR with type r mani.....

 

wheres the rest of em? how did you make the flange for you bov

 

where'd you buy the piping at? was it pre bent?

 

JCwhitney.com Is a good place to get the pipeing prebent. You buy U bends then cut them in the middle of the U or where ever to get the agnle you want. I plan on doing this once i buy my car and have cash for my turbo set up.

 

Get some hose clamps

Yeah im waiting for my Turbonetics clamps tp show up.... But yeah I just bought some 2 1/2" U bends from a local muffler shop. The BOV flange was on my old pipe I cut it off and TIG welded it in the new one...

i thought a type r manifold wouldn't fit on on a gsr motor

 

It wont unless you Re-Drill it and cut off the water neck. Then you have to tap the head with a barb fitting for the water line. I did this Years ago before the SK2 Mani was out...
