rear sway bar, effective?

rear sway bar, effective?

i picked up a rear sway with the LCA off a 91 integ. the sway bar attaches to the two tow hooks and i was wonder if it makes a difference if there is a rear sway bar attached to the tow hookes effective?

I have the rear sway from a 93 teg and yes it does make a difference.
