tranny oil change.
Honda MTF - 'nuff said.
The biggest hints I can give you are 1) to buy a small funnel/long flex tube funnel, and to remove the intake tube (much easier to get the funnel in there w/o it). And 2) have a buddy present - one person to pour the fluid, the other to make sure the tip of the funnel stays in the fill hole.

Currently I am using Redline MTL, I love it, but you can never go wrong with Honda fluids.
Make sure your car is level, so lift front end, drain, close drain plug, then lower, then fill. Once the fluid starts to run out the fill hole, it is done. I had to remove my intake to get to the fill bolt, I used a bar on the ratchet to get the 33 lb of torque needed.
I found it easiest to get the car up on jack stands, drain, then pump in new fluid from underneath. I got a $4 pump at Pep Boys that just screws on to the top of the oil bottle and has a long tube you can just stick in the filler hole. Too easy.

The drain bolt is at the bottom of the tranny, you will be able to use a 3/8 inch ratchet to unscrew. The fill bolt is by the top, about 2 inches down, will use about a 17mm socket.
Hope this helps. A pump also works very well as 4doorH22 pointed out!
4doorH22: BTW, I give your car the sleeper award, I saw your pictures, sweet!

Thanks man. I forgot to specify I put the car up on 4 jack stands so it is level. This makes a lot of things easy 'cause I'm usually doing other stuff like bleeding brakes when I do the tranny fluid.

Yes, I also have my car up on 4 stands when doing this.
RE - Redline: I ran Redline MTF in my 5th gen for a while and developed a mild 2nd gear grind. Switching back to Honda MTF ameliorated the problem mostly, but it had started to reappear just before I traded the car in (~90K miles). I wouldn't use Redline MTF, at least not in a 5th gen car...

BG Syncro Shift II MTL worked wonders in my old F22 tranny. I'm using it now in my H22 tranny and it seems to have alleviated a 1-2 shift notchiness I was experiencing.
Ok, I went to AutoZone and Advanced Auto parts and neither have BG Synchro Shift or Redline. All they had was a bunch of ATF oil. Will that work the same?
I was also told by one of them that I should just go and pick any kind of 10w 30 motor oil and use that. I wasn't sure who was right so I didn't get anything except MTK spark plugs and just did that today. Where can I get BG synchro oil?

Do NOT use ATF.
If you can't find the synthetic MTF stuff anywhere, just pick up Honda MTF from your Honda dealer.
I get BG Syncro Shift from a local speed shop. I've not seen it for sale online.
You can order Redline online at http://www.nipponpower.com./fluids/index_gear.html.

I'm pretty sure these said MTK on them. I got them from AutoZone. Speaking of Spark plugs, what are some good ones to get? I already changed them out and the old ones I had were all rusty and there was a 8mm gap in them. I'm suprised that the engine wasn't runing rough or anything.
