Ok, Car started the other day fine, I went ot back up and it stalled and wouldnt start again.. Later thatnight it started for 30 secs and then stalled. Now When I turn the key, the fuel pump does NOT come on, as well as the moonroof and Wipers do not work.. I looked at the fuse panel diagrams I found online but it seems to be laid out differently according to my plastic diagram.. it says that Fuse #14 20amps Green/Black Wiper/Washer, ICU, Moonroof relay.

On my fuse layout it says its just the wiper and power locks however my locks still work


Oh yea, car is a 1994 Integra GSR
Can anyone tell me where to find the relay for this as Im sure they are all tied together some how.. Could a bad "Main Relay" be the problem here??

And what is "ICU", is that Ignition Control Unit??
