yeah the 22mm type r rear sway is the best you can get, as for the front iam really not sure. you will need gsr lower control arms mounting brackest for the sway bar and some other stuff look it up on hybrid honda arcived articles.

For complete step-by-step instructions (w/photos and part numbers) for installing the Type-R rear swaybar (22mm), go to my website at http://www.geocities.com/bretq/swaybar_install.html

I have seen the GS-R/Type-R front swaybar (24mm) installed on a '92-'95 Civic before, I will post the link if I find it.

Thanks for providing the link. I tried to download the PDF file you have on there but it said it has exceded bandwidth limits. Do you have it hosted somewhere else where I could get it? Or is it small enough to email?

Thank you kindly in advance.

Sorry about the problem trying to download the PDF file. Geocities has been giving this message periodically for the last couple of weeks. It appears that they have implemented something that limits the number of hits to a website. Therefore, if a lot of people are accessing my website, this message may be displayed. The only suggestion that I have is to just retry periodically.

I did email the Type-R rear swaybar installation instructions in PDF format to you.

..you own a 92 CX eh?
well you can use any front LCA (lower control arm for short) from any 92-95 Si hatchback or EX coupe or 94+ Integra (any model).

As far as the front swaybar goes, if you want the biggest OEM front bar, the GSR/ITR bar is the biggest to fit your EG - which is a 24mm bar. Yes both ITR and GSR are the same exact bar & endlinks. The next size up is the Si coupe's front swaybar which is 26mm, but I believe that will not fit on a 92-5 civic or 94+ integra at all.

If you do get a GSR/ITR front swaybar, make sure you get the endlinks, rubber d-bracket & bushings.

here's a diagram that will help you out..

....as far as the rear swaybar goes, you can either go Brett's route or....the way I did it was a little different. If you check out Honda-Hybrid's ITR rear swaybar install, you'll see my write up on it. I bought a Prothane D-bracket kit and used that along with the 94+ integra OEM rear mount plates and the rest of the mounting hardware from a stock 94+ integra rear swaybar ON the ITR rear swaybar...

Sorry to be off topic, but I've tried emailing you Katman about having some ECU chipping done and I don't know which email you are going by or checking. Can you please let me know which one you use so I can forward you what I wrote/asked about?

Thank you kindly in advance and great info about the sway bar mod.
