Default H22 Tranny Questions

I just dropped in a H22A4 Motor in my eg.
The tranny feels pretty laggy. You can feel the motor pulling but does response as well.
My buddys jdm-h22 response feels 3 times quicker when comparing.
The timing is correct and all the wiring is also.
Can this tranny be a H23 tranny that i have on my ride?
Or a Older gen Accord F22?
Is there any specific markings on the H22 tranny in which it proves it came off a h22?
Please someone give me a hand here?

Check the prelude links thread at the top of the prelude forum thread.

if you have no sticker by the starter then you will have to dissassemble and count teeth. have fun

That's the code on the tranny.
But How do you not know if some one took it off another tranny and slapped the sticker on the tranny?
Anyone has real tranny pics or detailed markings?

well i think that you will have to count teeth on gears or take the tranny out and shift it into a gear and turn the main shaft and see how many revolutions it makes on the output compared to the input. Not quite as accurate as counting teeth but easier than dissassembling your tranny.

OR... if you know someone that has a tranny that is supposed to be the same then you could ask how fast they go at a set RPM in a specific gear. then it is just a matter of comparison.
