I've got the h&r springs and koni yellows. My car looked liked that when I first got them. I've had them for three years now. They finally settle after time and they are now even.
i had the same problem too. i'm using ground control coilover with tokico illuminas. they were uneven when i had them on my stock shocks and the illuminas. good thing i have coilovers that way i can adjust them.
I had that problem once with my coilovers when I changed tires.
What the problem ended up being is the "cup" where the strut and spring go into the body was cocked at an angle. That caused the spring to sit lower in the strut and made it sit higher. Jacked that corner up, got in there with a rubber mallet and gave it a whack. The cup popped back into place and problem solved.

Well, where the spring would go into the chassis, there is a plastic circle to protect the body from the spring. That was the "cup" that came out at an angle. It would be easily noticable if you look where the car is sticking up.
