Are you referencing just the engine? Or a complete swap? If it's just the engine then you'll need to invest in a different intake manifold as well. You will need the OBD-1 dizzy, injectors, ECU, and other OBD-1 exclusive pieces. Also, you will need to run the appropriate wires for the VTEC solenoid, pressure switch, chassis ground, and whatever is necessary for the GSR intake manifold assuming you use a stock manifold as opposed to a Skunk2 or other aftermarket manifold.

ive searched...like i stated above

thanks Kendall

im going to use a skunk 2 manifold, but the gsr motor is complete with manifold, i use the manifold, can i use the injectors off of there? i have a 94 ls motor and i have a complete 98 gsr engine that i want to swap. can i use any of the obd1 parts off my ls? as far as your comment above, if i have the complete swap, what do i exactly need?

thanks

You can just find the harness for the GSR motor and do everything OBD2. It should all plus in that way you dont have to rewire the injectors. Then just get the ecu jumper and convert it to OBD1.

I agree with JDM James.. the best thing to do here is put in the full obd2 motor and harness and just use a conversion plug in the ecu to make that obd2 fit in the obd1 ecu.

and not to mentioned you need to wire the vtec soleniod and you have to change your whole wiring to gsr!!! Might as well change your engine wiring harness. To save you some trouble!!!! ls don't dave a vtec wiring!!!
