I have front,rear,c-pillar bars, AEM big brakes, Tokico shocks, Neuspeed springs, headers, Vision CF mirrors. My car got totalled and I am getting a EK I think it's a HX or CX and just want to keep those parts but I don't know if they will fit. Please help.

what year and model was the first car? EJ covers a wide range of cars.

 

front and rear bars: yes
AEM big brakes: yes
Tokico Shocks: yes, but need washers for the back LCA's
Neuspeed springs: yes
header: yes
vision CF mirrors: no, maybe with minor modding

 

im assuming when u say "ej" u mean a 92-95 civic. u need to be more clear because i have a 00 EX and thats an ej8. but to answer your question, the majority, if not all the front suspension. the rear suspension, however, is interchagable with a DC chassis. all four corners for springs will swap over tho, but not the rear shocks. front seats will swap over. C-pillar bar will fit if its a hatch. (ur unclear if its a hatch or not, because an HX is a coupe and a CX is a hatch. spoon mirrors will fit w/ slight modification. depending on the motor your getting will determine the compatability for the headers.

 

Sorry ya'll should've know better. I'm a dumbass. I used to have an EJ1 94 Coupe EX now i'm getting a EK 97 CX Hatch.

How do you modify the mirrors I don't want to spend another $200+ on mirrors again.

What is the engine code on the CX?

 

if u had an EX before, u can only reuse the header if u get another EX or an EX motor. reason being is that the exhaust manifold on an EX is a cast iron header, and then a cat. on a DX, HX and CX (not too sure about the CX) the exhaust manifold goes directly into a cat. (hence using those manifolds for homemade turbos)


*edit* im sure u can use that cat, but, depending on where u are will determine the lagallity. also, the 02 sensor locations may differ and having no cat may give u a check engine light

Where in Washington do you live. I'm in Oregon and need parts. I can pick them up. I need a hood, driver side fender, passenger side fender molding, front bumper, passenger side windshield molding, windshield washer system, hood latch, and whatever parts I see that I may be interested in. Shop ebay. I just picked up a set for my EJ2 for $50 shipped, perfect condition.

 

Yeah but mine are the real Vision real CF mirrors.

I need to find out from the insurance if i'm gonna buy back the car then i'll let you know. Also how bout $150 shipped for the mirrors.
