Tech help please
I just replaced my headgasket and i did everything to spec but now i can't get it timed. actually i have it timed fine just when i hook up the iac the idle goes crazy and if i unplug it the car runs perfectly fine besides the check engine light and the harsh throttle response due to the iac not keeping pressure. i wonder if i damaged it when i cleaned the throttle body with penatrating spray. the only other thing i could thinkn of would be maybe the timing belt slipped a tooth but i can get the idle fine without the iac. so if anyone has had a similar problem or is a tech and ca answer this please help. thanks
