how can you deactivate your power locks?

how can you deactivate your power locks?
in this https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=806379 thread this guy mentions that his locks wont move unless you press a hidden switch on his car and it cant be picked thru the window.. is this some kit thats available or just someones custom work? I would like a setup like that.
