what throttle cable for GSR in EG with skunk 2 manifold???

i have a B18c in an EG with a skunk 2 manifold, what throttle cable and bracket do i use, i am using the stock throttle body(the one that opens the other way)

HELP!

oh and since your using a GSR throttle body.. you going to have to change the rotor and spring thing on the throttle body.. since it goes the other way. i think you can use any other b-series or sohc.
