Default Cam Holder Dowel...

Hey people, need some help here...

I just bought this head off of Ebay (yes its an RSX type S head, PRB)... now, when cleaning it all up, I noticed that one of the dowels pins on the lower cam holder was bent up, and that the idiot who sold me this head must have tried to torque it down onto the head like that.

I need to know what I have to do to fix this... Do I need a whole new holder? Can I just replace the dowel? Can I replace the dowel myself, or do I need to bring it to a machine shop? Where could I get a new dowel pin?

I also noticed that the top of the holder was dented up a bit, almost like it was hit with a hammer to drive the dowel in. Is it possible that the holder is warped? could the whole holder need to be replaced?

Im sure this isnt TOO serious, and that it can be fixed (I hope) because all of this is comming out of my own pocket (stupid seller wont respond to emails anymore).

thanks for your help, and here are some pictures... I dont want to post them because they are HUGE, and im kinda lazy to resize ALL of them.
