When I shift to 5th gear I have 2 push the clutch all the way 2 the floor or else it grinds, it never used 2 do this? Can sum1 help me out?

 

you might want to push the clutch all the way to the floor all the time with every shift....kind of ensures you dont grind all the time... your syncro might be goin bad for 5th gear

 

try seeing if the tranny fluid level is low, or change the fluid.
try using some gm syncromesh tranny fluid get the synthetic friction modified stuff, it works amazingly. takes a while to work in but its great stuff
