Squeeky steering wheels can be the cause of..

Turn Signal Cancel Cam, located just behind the steering wheel..

Steering Column Linkages

Steering Column Rubber Grommet on the firewall

Steering Rack

My bet and the easiest of the 4 would be to spray the steering column likages underneath the dashboard with a lubricant such as Silicone, WD-40, PAM

You will have a black plastic cover the surrounds the column, you can either remove it or drill access holes in it, spray the linkage knuckles and where the linkage meets the firewall, lube the above while moving the steering wheel back and forth... That should do it..

 

I've had the horn contact squeek on my Wagon.
