help....stripped tranny mount!!!
just picked up a new d16 tranny....the treads in the holes on the tranny is stripped to hell!.....(the mount right below the intake box)......i know it should have 2 studs and one bolt.....but the tranny that i got didn't came with any studs......
just wondering.....what should i do......
1) re-tap the holes and find some bigger bolts and mod the mount so the bigger bolts will fit....
2) re-tap and re-tread the holes
what would you guys do? did any of you guys seen this problem?
