Check out my alignment specs please...
The car is a 95 civic coupe EX and I recently installed H&R sport springs (1.8 inch drop in the front and 1.6 inch drop in the rear) and tokico illumina struts on my car. I noticed on the spec sheet they listed my car as a 96 civic instead of a 95 civic. Are the specs for the 92-95 civics the same as the 96-00 civics? I was just wondering if that made a difference when he was doing the alignment.

Looks pretty good, I've got -2.5 camber in front and -2 in back w/ H&R Sport springs on my Teg.
Looks like he adjusted the toe, which is good. However I don't know what factory specs are so I can't tell how close he got them to spec. In-spec toe plus a thrust angle as close to 0 as possible is what's important. Rotate your tires regularly and you should not see any irregular tire wear problems.
And NO you do NOT need a camber kit. I don't have one and I've got 25K miles on my tires right now.

Thrust angle was 0.09 before and now it's -0.01. I actually thought my camber was going to be worse, but it's not that bad at all. I don't plan on gettign a camber kit. Does it matter that the right side camber is so much different from the left side camber? I could put a washer in the back rear to get it to match the left side I suppose. I also noticed the right rear toe is very positive and didn't change when he did the alignment so I am guessing it's maxed in or something else might be wrong like the chassis is tweeked.

Every chassis is different, the right rear just happened to be in spec (I assume that's within spec) and didn't need to be changed.

He kept the right rear toe wear it was more than likely because it was already in spec. Also if you look the left rear toe is close to the same number for an equal amount.(less thrust angle)

1996-2000 have a different front toe spec, but yours is stil okay.
Front dead center toe for the 1988-1995 is 0, while 1996-2000 is .04.
Also the toe in the rear is dea-centered at .08 - looks like the guy did a good job there too.
Your camber is probably just fine. You're allowed a full -1 up front and -1.3 in the rear. I doubt .4 up front will wear tires unevenly now that you've got the toe straight.
BTW:
The toe up front could be closer to 0. He was obviously going by the .04 specs for the 96-up, so maybe you could bring this to his attention and have that set correctly. It's not horrible, but it's enough to get on my nerves.

So the specs are a little bit different. I think might just bring it back anyways and see what they say. If they do end up doing another alignment for free should I stick a some washers in the rear right side so the camber is a little better? I found this article here http://web.archive.org/web/200...amber/ and it said one washer would equal about .5 degrees so the left and right camber in the rear would be equal. Thanks for all the info guys.
